Agency range.
Insider instincts.

20+ years in the room.

We’ve spent more than 20 years in the room. Both rooms.

Inside the agencies, where the work gets made. And inside the businesses that hire them, running sales teams, managing divisions, owning the number, and living with the results.

That second room is the one most agencies never sit in. It’s where we learned how brand decisions actually get made, how budgets get defended, and what it takes to move a business and not just a logo.

So we build differently. We ask why before we ask how. We read what the brief is really asking, then we go solve that. Twenty years in, the tools have changed and the team has grown. The instinct has not.

Meet the team behind your work.

Your core plus more team.

We got a guy for that.

The people above are your core. When a project needs more, we bring in a trusted bench we’ve built over years and vetted the hard way.

Capture

Photography, product and lifestyle. Video, shoot and edit. Voiceover. Location scouting.

Craft

Illustration. Motion graphics. 3D modeling and product viz. Sound production.

Production

Print, large-format and specialty. 3D, Injection-molded prototypes and physical builds.

Environments

Brand environments and experiential space. Space planning, new construction, finishes, furniture, install.

You get one relationship.
Behind it, whatever the work requires.

We run on EOS. Which is a long way of saying we hold ourselves to a system, not a mood.

Five values. We hire against them, we make decisions against them, and every one of them costs something. That is what makes them real.

These are the core values we hold ourselves to every day.

Be brave.

Do right.

Be resourceful.

Care.

Own it.

Rebecca White

Interior Designer

Originally from Green Bay, WI and now happily calling Alpharetta home, Becky is an interior designer who has spent the last 20-plus years creating commercial and corporate spaces where people work, collaborate, and connect.

Her love of design started early. She was the kid who rearranged her bedroom constantly, and occasionally other rooms, before her parents had a chance to weigh in. That eventually turned into a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and a career designing workplaces, where she gets to combine creativity, problem-solving, and a slightly obsessive attention to detail.

Since 2005, Becky has worked in the commercial design world, helping clients think through how spaces should function, feel, and support the people using them. Her favorite part of the job is the details: finish coordination, furniture selection, making sure every piece supports the bigger vision. Give her a floor plan or a stack of samples and she's happy.

Her approach to design is simple: the pretty stuff matters, but it has to have a reason. She believes the best spaces come from understanding the people, the purpose, and the little details that make everything work better. That belief also comes with a ridiculous number of color-coded drawings, tagged plans, and enough pens and highlighters to supply a small office.

She's known at work for being extremely organized, which is funny because at home it's a bit more "creative process in progress," between the houseplant collection (34 and counting) and a steady stream of foster dogs she keeps convincing friends they need to adopt.

At home there's Mike (yep, that one), Ella, Oscar, Mabel, Pepper, and Scarlet the leopard gecko. Becky believes almost anything can be improved with a little creativity, a little curiosity, and a willingness to ask one more question.

Nicole Salvia

Account & Project Manager + Copywriter

Nicole is an Account & Project Manager +  Copywriter, at Mr. White Creative. She takes a new project in, breaks it down, and preps it for a designer to pick up. From there she keeps things moving, serving as the go-between for MWC and the client through project hand-off. She also writes copy for client websites and other creative projects, tuning words for SEO and brand voice.

Nicole has been in the creative industry for nearly 20 years, the last four of them at MWC - first as a freelance copywriter, now on staff. Before joining the team, she managed internal marketing and communications for companies like Batson-Cook Construction and DeKalb Office Environments (now Empire Office). Since joining MWC, she's worked with many brands including Purchasing Power, Mölnlycke, Complete, The Swift School, Premier Press, and MWC (see Scribbles).

Her take on the work: the creative industry is never boring. Every project asks for something different. The shift in style and voice depending on who you're writing for, keeps things interesting.

Nicole lives in downtown Alpharetta with her three kids Abby, Hannah, and Leo, plus their dog, Toby. The family is always down for a laid-back beach trip or a new ski destination to explore (must have glades). Nicole’s recently collected quite a few plants that she's determined to keep alive, one watering schedule at a time.

Miranda Lowrie

Designer

Miranda calls Atlanta home, by way of Auburn University, where she discovered the heart for design she didn't know she had. She joined MWC straight out of school and has been part of the team ever since.

As a designer at MWC, print work is her bread and butter, but she's always looking for a reason to get her hands on other kinds of projects too. She believes in getting involved wherever she can, because the more corners of a project you touch, the better it turns out.

Off the clock, Miranda is all about Atlanta living: chasing down power lunches, scouting the next great dinner and drinks spot, and cheering on the Braves. She'll go for a run, but only if it's a friendly 60 degrees outside — anything more or less and you can find her on the couch watching golf instead.

Amber Love

Art Director

Amber Love is a digital experience designer with more than 20 years of experience creating brands, products, and marketing solutions for both B2B and B2C organizations. She combines a strong foundation in design with a genuine curiosity about how people think, behave, and interact—using that perspective to create websites, apps, campaigns, and digital products that are both engaging and effective.

Over the course of her career, Amber has partnered with organizations ranging from global brands like AOL, Caterpillar, and CARE to cultural institutions including the High Museum of Art and the Women's Sports Foundation. Along the way, she founded and grew a design firm, built talented creative teams, and guided the company through a successful acquisition. Her work spans product design, branding, and digital strategy, approaching every digital product as more than a beautiful interface—it’s a tool designed to solve problems, create meaningful connections, support business goals, and drive growth.

When she's not designing, Amber's happiest when she's on the move. You'll often find her hiking city trails, biking, or spending a day on the lake with her husband Jim and their two dogs, Gracie and Lulu. She's also an acrylic painter, a middle-grade fantasy author, and someone who treats playlist building like an art form. She loves live music, spontaneous travel, and finding inspiration wherever the next adventure takes her.

Megan McGuiness

Sr. Designer

Megan is a Senior Designer at MWC, leading UI/UX, brand, and strategy initiatives. She works closely with developers, strategists, designers, and clients to guide projects from ideation through execution, ensuring business goals, user needs, and technical requirements are aligned.

She brings more than six years of experience across agency and in-house roles, working with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local businesses. Her experience has provided a thorough understanding of how strategy, design, and cross-functional collaboration come together to solve complex business challenges. Her work has supported organizations such as Dunkin', SouthState Bank, Toyota, Liberty Mutual, Keller Williams, and many others.

Megan believes the best design is rooted in research, guided by strategy, and measured by real business outcomes. She enjoys solving complex problems and designing systems that foster efficiency and organization.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys exploring with her dog, Sully, and is always looking for an excuse to get outside, whether it's hiking, kayaking, or camping. She rarely goes anywhere without her Fujifilm camera and enjoys endurance sports, folk music (cue the banjo), and reading everything from Steinbeck to Tolkien.

Professionally, she hopes to continue growing at the intersection of strategy, research, and design—and maybe even find her way into the sports or outdoor industry someday.

Wallace Kelly

Sr. Designer

Born and raised in Atlanta, Wallace is a Senior Designer at Mr. White Creative. Working across print, digital, illustration, and video his work is the humble product of caffeine and elbow grease. He fears no project brief and always names his layers (sometimes).

Wallace joined MWC right out of school at the University of Georgia. In that time, he’s done work for clients ranging from local restaurants to multinational healthcare brands. Other notches in his belt include: title treatments for broadcast TV, mural painting for non-profits, and the occasional band t-shirt. Wallace’s aim with design is to break just the right amount of rules, to create work that tells the right story and brings people together.

If he’s not pushing pixels there’s a chance that he’s painting, tinkering with his bike, listening to records, or playing pickup basketball at Piedmont Park.

Debbie Oster

Brand & Marketing Strategist

Debbie is MWC's Brand & Marketing Strategist, helping clients figure out what to say, who to say it to, and how to turn good marketing into measurable business results. She's less interested in chasing trends and more interested in building strategies that give creative work a purpose.

Over the past 15 years, Debbie has led marketing from nearly every seat at the table. She's worked in product management, corporate marketing, agency account management, creative leadership, and executive marketing roles, including serving as a fractional CMO. That breadth of experience allows her to connect business strategy, marketing, and creative execution, helping clients make smarter decisions and get more value from every marketing investment.

At MWC, Debbie leads brand and marketing strategy across positioning, messaging, customer journeys, campaign planning, and go-to-market initiatives. She enjoys helping clients untangle complex business challenges, uncover opportunities for growth, and build strategies that continue to guide decisions long after the project is complete.

When she's away from her desk, you'll usually find Debbie on two wheels, whether it's riding motorcycles or hitting the mountain bike trails. She also enjoys hiking, traveling, cooking, baking, reading historical fiction, discovering great restaurants, and searching for the perfect cup of gourmet coffee. She's always planning the next trip, the next meal, or the next idea worth pursuing.

Patrick Hamil

Chief Digital & Technology Officer

Patrick is the Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Mr. White Creative, running the technology side from Gulf Shores, Alabama, which makes him the only one on the team whose office has a beach behind it. He owns everything on the digital surface: SEO, paid media, conversion optimization, UX and UI, accessibility, technical web delivery, and figuring out where AI actually belongs in the work. If it has to load, rank, convert, or hold up under scrutiny, it runs through him.

Over 22-plus years, Patrick has worked both sides of the coin. He built his career agency side, including time at J. Walter Thompson, now VML, and then went client side into digital leadership roles with large national brands. He has pitched the work and he has been the client buying it, which means he understands the constraints on both ends: budget cycles, internal politics, legacy systems, and the question every stakeholder eventually asks about what this actually did for the business.

His take on the work: strategy you can't ship is just a deck, and technology without a point of view is just infrastructure. The good stuff happens when both are in the room from the beginning.

Off the clock, Patrick is usually wherever his kids are. He helps coach baseball, and most weekends belong to Ava, Axton, and Addison, which means some combination of a ball field, a volleyball court, and a horse that needs riding. He and his wife Taylor have deep roots in Baldwin County, so a quick trip to the store is rarely quick. Any weekend without a game on the schedule is spent on the water.

Maggie Diehl

Account & Project Manager

Maggie is an Account & Project Manager at Mr. White Creative, leading client relationships and guiding projects from early conversations through final delivery. She serves as the link between clients and the creative team, helping translate goals into clear plans, keep decisions moving, and make sure the work stays focused.

Before joining MWC, Maggie built a career across sales, operations, healthcare, fitness, and business ownership. She has led regional growth efforts, managed client and patient relationships, supported strategic initiatives within a major hospital system, and co-owned a fitness business. In other words, she has spent plenty of time on the other side of the table, working with internal teams, customers, leadership, budgets, and competing priorities. That experience helps her understand what clients need beyond the creative deliverable and what it takes to turn a good idea into something that actually works.

Her approach is pretty simple: stay organized, communicate clearly, and try to solve problems before they become bigger than they need to be.

Outside of work, Maggie lives on a farm with her twin daughters, Ollie and Ava, their rescue dog, Nala, and a collection of other animals. They spend as much time outside as possible. When she is inside, there is a good chance a baking show is on.

Ben Dawes

Chief Operating Officer

Ben is the COO of Mr. White Creative, where he helps keep the trains running on time. On the EOS accountability chart he's the Integrator, turning MWC's vision into a plan, a calendar, and a P&L that actually works, freeing Mike and the creative team to focus on delivering excellent strategic creative work. He's also a primary point of contact for clients, building relationships that give them a partner they can call, not just a vendor.

Before MWC, Ben worked in purchasing, sales, sales leadership, and executive roles at Young Life, David Weekley Homes, and Locumtenens.com/Jackson Healthcare. He's sat on both sides of the sales table and built real strength in problem solving, strategic planning, and client relationships along the way. He's not a creative himself, but three years in he's found his footing helping clients solve real problems.

What he likes most is the variety, from concepting brands to executing tactical projects week to week, and the chance to help clients get what they actually want: work that moves the needle for their business.

Outside of work, Ben and his family are always chasing the next trip, whether that's another national park or somewhere new abroad. He's also up for trying new restaurants and cuisines, and spends plenty of time in the stands, in the car, and on the sidelines, showing up for the things that matter to his kids.

Michael White

Founder & Chief Creative Officer

Originally from Ohio, now holding it down on the mean streets of Alpharetta, Mike is the founder and Chief Creative Officer of Mr. White Creative. He leads everything creative at MWC and serves as the company's Visionary on our EOS accountability chart, which is mostly a fancy way of saying he figures out where things should go, then gets out of the way so the team can make them great.

Over 20-plus years he's worked in sign shops, large format printing, and agencies big and small, on brands like AT&T, Northwestern Mutual, Listerine, Walgreens, and Smith & Wesson, at shops including Razorfish and IQ Agency. He started as a designer, moved through Art Director and Associate Creative Director roles, and founded MWC in 2007 as a side hustle before going all in in 2013. He's built it into the team you see today.

His take on the work is simple: clean, crisp design only matters when it's paired with real thinking, the kind that moves a brand forward instead of just decorating it.

Off the clock, Mike is usually outside. He hunts and fishes (no Michael Waddell, but he holds his own), smokes meats, watches old skate videos, and loves soup. He once fought a giant stingray for over an hour off St. Simons Island. The line broke right at the shoreline. He's still not over it.

At home there's his wife Becky, his daughter Ella, three dogs (Oscar, Mabel, and Pepper), and a leopard gecko named Scarlet. He wants a bird, because he admires how smart they are, but the dogs have made it clear that would not end well for the bird. So he settles for his Bird Buddy in the backyard.
