Every platform reports on its own slice of your marketing. We built Dispatch to report on the whole thing.
Twelve Reports, One Open Question
Search Console emails a summary and Business Profile sends monthly view counts. Google Ads has its own performance report, Meta sends its own numbers, and agency reports for SEO, paid, and local land on top of those.
By month end, a marketing team can be holding ten or twelve documents, each covering a single slice of the business with no view of the others.
The numbers often disagree, too. Meta might credit a campaign with twenty leads while GA4 counts ten. Both are right by their own rules, and neither report explains the gap. Reconciling all of it takes time most teams don't have, so the question that matters most, whether the marketing is working, waits another month.
When a Platform Report Is Enough
If you run one channel, that platform's own reporting may cover what you need. A single Google Ads account or a Meta-only program can be managed well from its native dashboard. Dispatch earns its place once several channels are running at the same time and start to affect each other.
Meet MWC Dispatch
MWC Dispatch is our proprietary reporting and intelligence platform. It connects to every channel a client runs, pulls the data, and publishes one branded report to a private link. Each finding comes with a recommendation, an owner, and a date.
A few design choices set it apart from a standard dashboard.
Connected, not collected. Dispatch has authorized access to each platform and pulls data straight from the source. Nobody screenshots, exports or retypes anything, so the numbers in the report match the numbers in the platform.
The math runs in code. Pulls, merges, deltas, baselines, and outlier detection run in plain code, so the same inputs always produce the same results. AI handles the parts that need judgment: connecting what happens in one channel to another, and writing the narrative and recommendations.
A point of view up front. Every report opens with what's going well, what we're watching, and what comes next, written by the strategist on your account.
What You Can Expect
- One source of truth. Organic search, paid search, paid social, local, site performance, and AI search readiness come together in one report.
- Decisions that account for every channel. Paid and organic compete for many of the same searches, local listings drive calls that never touch the website, and site speed affects every channel that sends traffic to it. Dispatch reads across all of it, so plans start from the full picture.
- Plain English. Hover over CPA, CTR, INP or GEO and the definition appears in place, so nobody needs to know the acronyms to follow the report.
- Last month's plan next to this month's results. The actions we named last month sit alongside what happened. Misses get the same space as wins, along with what we're doing about them.
- Built for how people work. The report is a live link that opens on any device, with a one-click PDF export for anyone who wants an attachment.
Channels and Data Sources Covered
Here's what Dispatch connects to today.
What Dispatch Catches
Accurate attribution. When two platforms count results differently, Dispatch shows both numbers side by side and explains the difference, so you have a figure you can stand behind in any meeting.
Fair grades for every campaign. Awareness and video campaigns are built to get you seen, so Dispatch doesn't judge them on cost per sale. Those campaigns carry a short note on what they're meant to do, which keeps the review focused on the right measure.
Two sites, one count. Some ads send people to your main site and others to a separate landing page. Dispatch combines them into one total without counting anyone twice, then shows how each site performed.
Daily checks on paid. For paid accounts we manage, Dispatch compares performance every day against the previous two weeks. When costs climb or conversions dip, we see it while there's still budget left to adjust.
Eyes on the competition. When a new competitor starts bidding on your terms, changes its ad copy, or moves past you in search, we see it that week.
Private by default. Reports stay out of search results, links can't be guessed, and our internal notes stay on our side of the screen.
Built to Keep Up
Marketing channels change, and the reporting has to change with them. When a client adds a channel like TikTok or LinkedIn, Dispatch can usually cover it within days. When a platform changes its API, we update one connection and every client benefits.
Because we built Dispatch ourselves, we can shape it around how your team already reports.
One Platform, Several Deliverables
The platform behind the monthly report also produces:
- Audits. A full SEO, GEO, performance, and competitive audit of a domain, delivered as its own shareable report. It's often the first thing a new client sees from us.
- Onboarding kickoffs. The strategy and playbook a new client gets on day one.
- Daily paid digests. An internal briefing on every paid account we manage, so our team comes into client conversations already knowing what moved.
Everything runs on the same connections and components, so an improvement to the monthly report shows up in the audit that same week.
Where It's Going
Next, we're turning the monthly cycle into a push-button run, so more of the month goes to strategy and less to assembly. After that, client logins and a personalized dashboard will let clients sign in and see their own reporting whenever they want.
Longer term, we're working toward live dashboards, where the monthly report becomes a snapshot of something you can check any day.
Every reporting request comes back to one question: is this working? We built Dispatch so clients can see the answer for themselves.
