Capex Inc.

Well-built branding & photography.

CAPEX built a reputation for trust and quality in the multi-family renovation space. When you've earned that in the field, the brand has to show it. We built the CAPEX identity from the ground up. Logo, design system, website, and a photography package that puts the craftsmanship front and center.

Initial Branding

Logo, design system, brand assets, brand positioning. We tackled all of it when we teamed up with CAPEX to build their brand identity. The goal was to signal the craftsmanship and professionalism that sets them apart from other multi-family renovation firms.

The visual strength comes from rich, bold color and a custom logo font that makes CAPEX unmistakable. We finished it off with stationery and a truck wrap that keeps the team looking like pros on every job site. A moving billboard for a company whose best work happens on location.

A front door that earns the call.

The CAPEX website was built to do one thing well: turn a qualified prospect into a first conversation. Clean layout, direct messaging, and photography that lets the work make the case. Fast, easy to maintain, and built to grow as the company does.

The work, as it actually looks.

The space in these photos is CAPEX's own. They built it. And the city now uses it as the standard newer buildings get measured against. For a company in construction and renovation, that's the whole pitch in one building. We brought in Rob White Images, our go-to photographer, to capture it the way it deserved: interiors, exteriors, and common areas shot with the same attention to detail that went into the build. No stock. The real thing.

Built well. Branded to match.

CAPEX came in needing a brand that lived up to their reputation. The logo, the truck, the site, the photography. Every piece was built to signal the same thing: this is a company that does quality work and shows up like it at every level. The building the city measures the others against is just the proof.
